How we work

From requirement to delivery

We stay close to the procurement requirement throughout the process.

01 Requirement Review 02 Sourcing 03 Evaluation 04 Procurement 05 Logistics 06 Delivery
  1. 01

    Requirement Review

We start with the requirement: what is needed, the applicable specification, quantity and required delivery period.

  2. 02

    Sourcing

We identify suitable local and international supply options according to the requirement.

  3. 03

    Evaluation

Available options are considered against specification, availability, price and delivery time.

  4. 04

    Procurement

Once the supply arrangement is agreed, we coordinate procurement and supplier communication.

  5. 05

    Logistics

Where applicable, we arrange international shipping, clearing and other logistics required to bring the goods to Ghana.

  6. 06

    Delivery

We coordinate final delivery and maintain communication with the client through the supply process.

Technical procurement

Some requirements are straightforward. Others are not.

A client may have a complete specification and part number. In other cases, the available information may be a model number, photograph, equipment description or an existing component that needs replacement.

For specialised requirements, Twin Fortune works with the available technical information to identify the required item and suitable sources. Where necessary, we draw on engineering and technical expertise to assist with product identification, specification and compatibility.

Express procurement

When the requirement cannot wait

Urgent maintenance requirements, replacement components and project needs do not always fit ordinary procurement timelines.

Where the requirement and circumstances permit, Twin Fortune can arrange expedited sourcing and shipping to reduce the time between procurement and delivery.
